  • Role 1 – Roofing Sales Consultant (Residential)Own the full sales cycle: run appointments, assess roofs, build proposals, and close. You’ll work warm leads plus self-generated opportunities, backed by a brand that keeps its word.
  • Role 2 – Sales Development Representative (Events / Phone)You’re the front end of the funnel—working phones, events, home shows, and community outreach to set qualified appointments for our sales team.
  • Role 3 – Field Sales ManagerLead a pod of high-performing reps. You’ll coach in the field, run meetings, track numbers, and build a culture where pros want to stay and grow.
